I’m a psychologist and psychedelic integration practitioner working with people who are trying to understand and integrate intense, challenging, meaningful, or life-changing experiences with psychedelics and plant medicines.
My background combines psychology, trauma-informed and somatic approaches, mindfulness, transpersonal psychology, creative practice, and direct experience within psychedelic and Shipibo-Konibo contexts.
I’m especially interested in the space where psychological understanding meets experiences that may feel symbolic, spiritual, archetypal, or difficult to explain through ordinary language.
Many people come to integration not because something is obviously “wrong,” but because something has shifted. They may feel more sensitive, emotionally exposed, confused by what they experienced, uncertain about relationships or identity, or unsure how to bring powerful insights back into everyday life.
My role is not to tell you what your experience means.
I help you explore it with curiosity and discernment, understand how it is affecting your nervous system and your life, and identify what deserves attention, what may need time, and what can be translated into meaningful change.
I hold a Master’s degree in Social Psychology and have additional experience and training in trauma-informed practice, somatic work, mindfulness, altered states of consciousness, meditation, creative methods, and psychedelic integration.
I work particularly well with highly sensitive people and with clients whose experiences contain strong emotional, existential, relational, spiritual, or symbolic dimensions.
You do not need to reduce a profound experience to either “just psychology” or “just spirituality.”
There can be space for both mystery and critical thinking.
My aim is to help you find that space safely, and to return from the experience with greater clarity, stability, agency, and connection to your own life.
