As an integrative transpersonal practitioner and hypnotherapist, I am dedicated to using my therapeutic skills to guide others through their process of self-discovery, healing and awakening, which I know can often feel like a lonely road. My studies have led me to research the benefits of hypnotherapy for psychedelic preparation and integration through a study on using non-ordinary states of consciousness to integrate non-ordinary states experienced with psychedelics. I have also written an essay on what helped me to integrate my own challenging psychedelic experiences through a model that unfolded organically. The six pillars of the model for integrating ontological shock include Spirituality, Education, Mindfulness, Philosophy, Nature and Community. In line with this, I run online integration circles for Mother's House, a non-profit retreat centre in Holland, as well as online meditation and breathwork circles, which are powerful tools for preparation, integration, spiritual exploration and self-discovery. I regularly assist in facilitating psilocybin and ayahuasca group retreats, utilising my skills as a space-holder, breathwork facilitator and hypnotherapist. I also volunteer for PsyCare UK, helping festival goers navigate challenging psychedelic experiences.
I have been passionate about helping others and felt a spiritual connection from a very young age. My curious mind led me to study Philosophy at degree level and in a previous life I was a fundraiser for local community organisations. My personal experiences with integrating challenging experiences include ontological shock from an NN-DMT experience as well as an unintentional kundalini awakening that unfolded as a result of years of spiritual practices and emerged during a psilocybin retreat. Spirituality is a meaningful part of my life, and I maintain a daily practice that reflects my personal beliefs and values including daily meditation, journaling, prayer and nature connectedness. I love exploring dream work and following the teachings of Carl Jung. I am keen to support clients in developing their own spiritual connection in whatever way feels right for them. I have personally explored Christianity, Buddhism, Ancient Egyptian mythology, shamanism, hermetic teachings and esotericism.
In my work as an integrative practitioner, I have supported clients in their healing journeys through issues such as; anxiety, depression, relationships and heartbreak, overcoming addictions and habits, fears and phobias, past traumas, grief, insomnia, increasing confidence and self-esteem, integrating psychedelic experiences as well as exploring healing through past life regressions.
