I work with people who are at a point where something in their life is ready to change—whether that’s a pattern they keep repeating, a transition they’re moving through, or an experience they’re trying to make sense of.
Often, the people I work with have already tried to “figure it out” on their own. They’ve thought about it, analyzed it, maybe even talked about it—but something still isn’t shifting.
My approach to this work has been shaped both by formal training and by my own lived experience of navigating change and learning how to slow down, listen more closely, and build a more honest relationship with myself. That process is what I now support others in—not by directing their path, but by helping them stay present with what’s actually unfolding.
I offer a grounded, deeply attuned space where you don’t have to perform, push, or figure everything out. Instead, we focus on building the capacity to stay with your experience in a way that allows clarity, insight, and meaningful change to emerge over time.
This work tends to be a good fit for people who are ready to engage honestly with what’s coming up—not to bypass it or rush past it, but to actually move through it in a way that creates lasting change.
If you’re feeling like something needs to shift, but you’re not quite sure how to move forward, that’s often the right place to start.
