Bridging the Measurable and the Mystical.
After a decade in the corporate world—navigating leadership and team development trainings—I recognized the profound hunger for depth in an increasingly superficial world.
Today, I guide individuals to rediscover that depth within themselves: safely, grounded, and without the hollow promises of "quick-fix" spirituality.
Experience Meets Evidence.
Having accompanied over 2,000 individuals through altered states of consciousness, I know that a profound experience is only as valuable as its integration into daily life.
I bridge systemic counseling, IFS-informed practices, and somatic bodywork with the deep wisdom of ancient traditions, hypnosis and mindfulness.
