My professional and personal journey are deeply intertwined. I have faced depression and struggled with alcohol, cannabis, and nicotine use. I also had difficulties setting boundaries with both men and women. At one point, I explored psilocybin and ayahuasca as part of my own healing journey. What truly supported me were deep therapeutic sessions, somatic work, conscious breathing to replace smoking, body relaxation in the present moment, and mindfulness as an alternative to seeking highs.
These experiences inspired me to found the Polish Society for the Integration of Psychedelics, where we now run support groups for people navigating similar paths. My life and work are also shaped by over 10 years of experience in sport acrobatics, parkour, and freerunning, which have strengthened me mentally and physically, teaching me consistency, perseverance, and the art of letting go when needed. Music, singing, guitar, drums, shamanic drumming, and Contact Improvisation dance are important parts of my life, as are sauna sessions, reading, and spending time on the beach. My safe and grounding place is lying on a sandy beach by the sea on a warm, sunny July day.
