My name is Paul Menze, and for over 25 years, psychedelics have been a central part of my personal and professional journey. I support people who wish to approach psychedelic experiences thoughtfully, with careful preparation and structured integration, within a context of personal development rather than clinical treatment. I began my engagement with psychedelics in the 1990s while studying psychology at Utrecht University, specializing in drugs and addiction research. I conducted research on the safety of psilocybin and wrote my Master’s thesis on ayahuasca in ceremonial and therapeutic contexts. Alongside academic work, I gained extensive personal experience with a wide range of psychedelic substances and have guided others through profound states with care and attention for many years. Early in my career, I worked in therapeutic and clinical settings, including rehabilitation clinics, which gave me insight into psychological vulnerability and the importance of safety, structure, and ethical boundaries. Since opening my private practice in 2005, I have focused on non-clinical, client-centered guidance, helping individuals integrate insights into meaningful, everyday change. I am an accredited coach and certified breathwork instructor, and I continuously stay informed about current research and best practices in the psychedelic field through intervision and ongoing professional development.
