For years, I chased perfection, achievement, and anything that could distract me from my own pain. I thought perfectionism was the answer to my deep feelings of inadequacies. I had a thriving career while simultaneously pushing through grad school degrees and, of course, was an athlete on top of it. However, no amount of success could fill the hole inside of me. It wasn’t until I hit an emotional rock bottom and complete burnout, that I finally stopped running and turned inward. Through therapy, community, and powerful psychedelic experiences, I discovered what I had been searching for all along—self-acceptance, and the radical truth that I am enough, exactly as I am.
That transformation is why I do this work. I believe in the profound, life‑changing potential of psychedelics when they’re held with intention, safety, and respect. And I’m committed to offering that kind of support to my community—especially to those who have spent years pushing, performing, or perfecting their way through life. I see you because I’ve been you. And I know that real healing is possible.
You are worthy—not because of what you achieve, but because you exist. If you’re ready to step into your healing, I’m here to walk with you.
