I’ve always had a deep curiosity about the world and the human experience. Originally from France, I’ve lived, studied, and worked in several countries, which has shaped my worldview and given me a unique perspective on cultural differences, religious backgrounds, and the stigma surrounding mental health. My journey has always been driven by a deep commitment to understanding the complexities of human emotion and healing. My expertise developed through working with adults who’ve experienced childhood trauma and abuse, guiding them through emotional recovery and self-discovery. These experiences have helped me connect with people from diverse backgrounds, especially expats and the LGBTQ+ community, giving me insights into the challenges they face.
As a person, I’m constantly driven by the need to learn and grow. This curiosity extends not only to the people I work with but also to my own journey. I continuously seek new ways to take care of myself and connect to my deeper self. Over the years, this pursuit has led me to explore alternative healing methods, including psychedelics, to help support my clients in a deeper, more holistic way.
My approach to therapy blends my own life experiences with professional expertise, focusing on trauma recovery, personal exploration, and emotional growth. I am passionate about creating a safe, compassionate space for people to feel heard, understood, and empowered to heal. My work integrates various methods, from traditional therapeutic practices to more alternative approaches, reflecting my belief in the importance of continuous growth and finding new ways to support healing.
